A recent shoot I did in New York City, was a dancer from Italy , Marina . The location of this shoot was a new one for me . We shot in the Union Square area of Manhattan. For this shoot , as usual, I used my canon 5D mark III, and a 50mm 1.8 . Normally when shooting dancers , I try to keep shutter speed over 1000 to cut out blurs in movement, this day though was a bit overcast and we did less jumping and moving shots then normal . So I was probably between 500-1000 on most shots , the aperture f5-6 and ISO 320- 400 .
